You will own a book of business, identify new growth opportunities, and position Aleph as a strategic partner within the Swiss digital advertising ecosystem.\nWhat You Will Do\nRevenue Growth and Portfolio Expansion\nSell Microsoft Advertising solutions to both new and existing advertisers.\nProactively generate new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities.\nConsistently achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer sales experience.\nAccurately forecast weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance.\nStrategic Client Leadership\nBuild and maintain a strong network of contacts across key verticals through industry events, outreach, and market engagement.\nEngage regularly with new and existing clients to understand campaign objectives, KPIs, and future marketing plans.\nRecommend tailored solutions from the product portfolio to help clients achieve their business and marketing goals.\nLead onboarding processes for new clients, including guiding them through legal and compliance requirements.\nMarket and Cross-Functional Impact\nStay up to date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.\nIntroduce Aleph to new prospects and expand presence across target industries.\nCollaborate closely with Client Solutions Managers (Account Managers) to ensure smooth campaign launches and execution.\nProvide timely, actionable feedback to clients to optimize performance and strengthen relationships.\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3+ years of digital advertising experience, in business development, account management, key account management, or ad sales.\nStrong understanding of the Swiss advertising ecosystem, with an established network across key industry players and stakeholders, particularly within media agencies, as well as advertisers and publishers.\nStrong commercial skills, with direct responsibility for revenue.\nDirect experience in paid search advertising (SEM), performance advertising, and e-commerce.\nThe ability to work independently and set your own workflows to achieve sales targets, including in a fully remote setup.\nRight to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship, or a valid Swiss work permit).\nFluency in French and English.
