The role combines a commercial and consultative mindset with a strong focus on building long-term strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers.\nMain Responsibilities\nDrive the growth of Disney's advertising revenue by aligning advertisers' business objectives with Disney's advertising solutions (streaming, premium video, linear and digital) through a consultative sales approach.\n\nLead the end-to-end sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal development, negotiation, deal closing and post-campaign follow-up.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, agencies and direct clients in the local market, including senior-level relationships where appropriate.\n\nDevelop compelling commercial proposals and presentations grounded in data, audience insights and market trends, tailored to each client's objectives.\n\nOwn campaign delivery and reporting: provide clients and the sales team with quantitative and qualitative analysis of performance drivers (product, budget, cost and creative efficiency) against the agreed KPIs.\n\nCoordinate with the legal, traffic/broadcasting and ad operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and flawless campaign execution before and during air.\n\nPartner with Aleph's internal teams to onboard priority accounts and elevate clients to preferred partner status.\n\nOwn and be accountable for quarterly and annual revenue targets, pipeline management and account growth objectives.\n\nAct as a product champion with clients, leading conversations, workshops and presentations as a trusted advisor.\n\nMonitor weekly and monthly reporting and post-campaign analysis, proactively identifying optimization opportunities.\n\nActively research the market to identify new prospective clients.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Ad Operations, Product, Client Solutions and Research to ensure seamless campaign execution.\n\nSkills and Experience Required\n3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, media sales or online advertising;
