This program is a dynamic experience designed for ambitious new graduates with degrees in Engineering and Computer Science. It will serve as your foundation for a long-term, high-impact career at Alertus. You will be given the opportunity to engage in challenging assignments across core technical departments, accelerating your growth and exposing you to the full product lifecycle of our life-saving mass notification solutions.\nTransition Structure: Participants will engage in distinct assignments across departments, allowing for deep immersion and hands-on contributions to meaningful projects. The number of assignments may vary for each participant, and the overall program is designed to span for approximately 18-36 months.\nMentorship: You will be paired with experienced leaders and technical experts, ensuring you receive structured mentorship and guidance throughout each rotation.\nFull-Time Placement: Upon successful completion of the program, a full-time role placement will be determined. This placement is based on your performance, program feedback, and the company's long-term needs, ensuring a strategic and rewarding next step in your Alertus career.\nKey Departmental Assignments\nAssignments will provide hands-on experience in critical areas by moving through our various technical departments listed below.
