Electrical Production Supervisor

What will you be doing?

At Alewijnse, our projects go beyond electrical installations - they also include entertainment, navigation and communication systems, making them complex and technically diverse.

In this role, you'll lead an entire production team - including electricians, commissioners and work preparators - depending on your experience. As a coaching supervisor, you’ll ensure efficient work organization to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You’ll work closely with the project manager and technical project manager, forming a core leadership triangle at the heart of every project.

A glimpse of your tasks:

- Organize and distribute work efficiently within your team, based on project drawings and planning

- Set priorities and prepare clear reports to track progress

- Act as the main point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders such as clients and suppliers
