You monitor the planning, quality, and capacity of the international service team. In addition, you act as the link between the Service Manager, Service Coordinators, and Service Engineers, including colleagues at international locations.\nYou ensure that your team members have the right resources, knowledge, and support to perform their work effectively. You act as the main point of contact for progress, content, and quality, both internally and towards clients. You also contribute to contract development and the successful execution of assignments with healthy margins. The service assignments and projects range from operational activities to more complex projects.\nIn this role, you will also actively contribute to the development of the department’s operational strategy and support process improvements and policy implementation.\nYou will regularly travel between the locations in Nijmegen and Oss.
