This is a 0-1 role requiring someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working with data, and creating new revenue streams.\n\nThe role spans multiple monetization opportunities including :\n\n- Audience Monetization (existing business)\n\n- Data Licensing & Data Partnerships\n\n- AI/LLM Training Data Monetization\n\n- Market Intelligence & Insights products\n\n- Data APIs and Enterprise Data Products\n\n- New monetization opportunities yet to be explored\n\nYou will work closely with Business, Legal, Data Science, Engineering, Sales and external partners to build scalable businesses while ensuring privacy, compliance and responsible data usage.\n\nWhat You'll Do :\n\n1. Own the Data Monetization Charter :\n\n- Build the product roadmap for IndiaMART's data monetization initiatives.\n\n- Identify new monetization opportunities using IndiaMART's buyer, seller and intent datasets.\n\n- Evaluate business potential, TAM, competitive landscape and revenue opportunity.\n\n2. Launch New Revenue Streams :\n\n- Drive initiatives such as audience targeting products, data licensing, AI/LLM datasets, enterprise data products, market intelligence reports, APIs, and strategic partnerships.\n\n3. Product Discovery : \n\n- Speak with enterprise customers, agencies and technology partners.\n\n- Understand market needs and convert them into product opportunities.\n\n- Validate hypotheses through pilots and experiments.\n\n4. Build Products End-to-End :\n\n- Write PRDs and business cases.\n\n- Prioritize roadmap.\n\n- Work with Engineering and Data Science to launch products.\n\n- Define pricing, packaging and GTM along with Business teams.\n\n5. Drive Commercial Success :\n\n- Define success metrics.\n\n- Track revenue, adoption and partner performance.\n\n- Optimize monetization through experimentation.\n\n6. Ensure Responsible Data Usage :\n\n- Work with Legal, Security and Compliance teams.\n\n- Ensure privacy-first product design.\n\n- Define governance for external data sharing.\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\nExperience :\n\n- 4-8 years in Product Management\n\n- Experience building B2B products or platforms\n\n- Experience working with data-intensive products is highly preferred\n\nAnalytical Skills :\n\n- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, business analysis, metrics-driven decision making, financial modeling, and opportunity sizing.\n\nProduct Skills :\n\n- Product discovery, customer interviews, roadmap planning, experimentation, product analytics, and pricing.\n\nNice to Have :\n\n- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, Data products, APIs, AI/ML products, SaaS, Marketplaces, Analytics platforms, Data clean rooms, or Enterprise partnerships.\n\nSuccess Metrics :\n\n- Launch multiple new monetization initiatives, build scalable partner ecosystem, deliver measurable revenue impact, improve adoption of existing products, and create repeatable monetization frameworks.\n\nIdeal Candidate :\n\nYou are someone who loves solving 0-1 problems, is highly analytical, thinks commercially, balances customer value with revenue, communicates well, and is curious about AI and data ecosystems.\n\nWhy This Role Is Exciting :\n\nIndiaMART's platform contains one of India's richest B2B datasets.
