Working closely with our customers and Alfa engineering teams, Implementation Architects are key to ensuring that the end solution for each client is fit-for-purpose, and that the implementation of Alfa Systems is smooth.\nKey responsibilities:\nReporting into the Alfa Project Manager or Head of Implementation Architecture, you will lead a workstream on a client implementation of Alfa Systems. Your workstream will have responsibility for a specific area of the implementation such as:\nBusiness analysis, including:\nRequirements gathering and documentation of user stories; taking the lead in interactions with our customers and software engineering teams to identify gaps and ensure new features satisfy customer requirements\n\nLeading of process mapping workshops and process documentation, including operational processes with significant accounting, reporting and integration impacts; advising on process optimization\n\nGuiding our customers with our expertise to support them in configuring Alfa Systems to satisfy their requirements and business processes\n\nSupport of accounting and finance workshops\n\nApplication support, including:\nLeading an Alfa team responsible for defect investigation and triage, collaborating closely with our software engineering teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently; overseeing QA and review of issues; understanding customer impacts and providing workarounds pending issue resolution\n\nAdvising the customer on test strategy, ensuring test coverage and requirements traceability\n\nData conversion, including:\nLeading data mapping workshops\n\nOverseeing transform and load development; overseeing data reconciliation\n\nPlanning and overseeing execution of the data conversion during the go-live event and prior dress rehearsals\n\nCutover planning and execution, including:\nSupporting the customer to ensure a smooth transition to live operation, including creation of detailed cutover and rollback plans\n\nLeading a team providing initial intensive post go-live support, and ensuring a smooth handover to the central Alfa Support team once the customer is stable\n\nTraining, including development of materials and delivery\n\nYou will be expected to be fully accountable for the success of your workstream, and will likely be responsible for the supervision and support of consultants assigned to your workstream. annually, in compliance with state and local regulations\n\nIn addition to cash compensation, Alfa employees are eligible to participate in our Profit Share bonus scheme (after 6 months of service)
