So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.\nAbout the job\nAs an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.\nAs a part of the team, you will:\nConduct the assembly and value adding of parts.\n\nMonitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products\n\nSecure accurate daily assembly production records.\n\nExecute production work according to ALPS standards and participate in continuous improvements.\n\nWhat you know\nYou have a High School degree or GED Certificate with relevant experience, and:\nCrane of forklift certifications, nice to have.\n\n2-3 years of experience from the manufacturing environment like machines, equipment, jig, fixtures, and measuring instruments etc.\n\nAble to read drawings, blueprints, manufacturing orders etc.\n\nIntermediate computer skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal and collaboration skills\n\nStrong leadership and communication skills\n\nPhysical factors:\nLifting (up to 60lbs), climbing, standing and equipment use.\n\nAt Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
