So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.\nAbout the job…\nThe Data Center Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for providing direct supply planning support to customers and sales in handling Data Center customers throughout the quote to cash process and keep the customers updated on with real time information on planning and deliveries.\nThis is an onsite position located inRichmond, VA.\nResponsibilities include:\nSupport the quote to cash process for Data center customers with all relevant operational and supply information.\nRepresent Operations in front of data center customers\nCustomer support during the process: order status, delivery date. Purchase, control and preparation of supplier's shipping documents.\nCoordinate with global sales and demand planning regarding customer forecasting and supply allocations.\nHandling of suppliers database.\nResponsible as the one point of contact for data center customers and sales.\nProvide one view of the global supply chain for data center customers.\nAt Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nWhat you know:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline mandatory.\n3+ years of experience in customer service, field coordination, or project support.\nProven ability to manage multiple customer touchpoints and coordinate across internal teams.\nFamiliarity with logistics, service scheduling, or supply chain dependencies.\nSkilled in proactive communication and issue escalation within high-volume parts and service fulfillment environments. Strong Customer Communication and Expectation Management.\nUnderstanding of BHE S&OP, Operations planning, Logistics, and Dependencies.\nAbility to Identify Risks Early and Escalate Appropriately.\nProfessional Relationship Management under Time-Sensitive Conditions.\nExperience in customer service, service coordination, logistics, or project management related roles.\nStrong communication and follow-through skills.\nAbility to balance multiple priorities with professionalism.\nWe care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
