So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too\nWho you are:\nMainly responsible for factory monthly report, cost update, analysis and factory daily operation of Kunshan Factory.\nAbout the job:\nCoordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.\nPerform regular analysis of business performance and report variances.\nContribution to monthly and year end closings. Prepare and drive the costing update processes.\nWork with Finance share service to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.\nEnsure compliance and internal control within area of responsibility in Factory SET Kunshan.\nBusiness partner for the factory to help Facotry manager running the factory operations.\nMature attitude work with different co-works in the matrix organization.\nContinuous improvement of business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPI).\nWhat you know:\nBachelor of Economical, Business or equivalent experience \nFinancial knowledge in Operation\nAbove 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company\nProdcuts,manufacture and process knowledge\nExperience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
