Headquartered in Lund, Sweden, the industrial firm operates an extensive international network of offices and service centers, including regional hubs serving the Middle East.

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact - on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

Are you passionate about technical challenges, working with equipment and practical problem-solving? Join Alfa Laval as a Field Service Engineer and work with advanced industrial equipment, helping customers ensure its safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mechanics, technical diagnostics, repairs and working in a dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to cooperate with customers both in Latvia and internationally, while continuously developing your technical knowledge and professional skills.

  • Contributing to equipment efficiency and customer satisfaction

What are we looking for?

  • A customer-oriented approach and good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly on business trips
  • The ability to organize your work independently and take responsibility for results
  • English language skills for communication with colleagues and customers
  • A Category B driving license.

What do we offer?

  • The opportunity to work with advanced industrial technologies and equipment
  • Regular technical training and professional development opportunities
