You will lead a team of service engineers, ensure operational excellence while balancing the needs of\nthe customer, the business, and the team. This role is also a key connector between Sales and Technicians, driving strategic execution and commercial opportunities.\nThis is a hybrid position located in Houston, TX, Greenwood, IN or Richmond,VA.\nAs a part of the team, you will:\nLead and coach a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) with a strong customer-oriented mindset.\nSecure a strong QHSE culture within the team.\nDevelop, motivate, and mentor technicians into trusted advisors.\nCollaborate with Sales to develop service offerings and drive the lead generation during service.\nBuild and maintain customer relationships through effective communication, ensuring contract compliance and systematic claims management.\nSupervise project financial performance, handling gross profit, revenue, while identifying risks, opportunities, and aftermarket sales.\nSupport market regains strategies and acts as a connector between sales and technicians.\nEnsure proper competence development and conduct employee reviews, including skills\nmatrix updates.\nManage performance issues appropriately and ensure effective people management, including in remote areas.\nEnsure the team is equipped with the right tools and resources.\nWe care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nWhat you know:\nYou have a Post-high school technical education or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree and:\n5+ years of field technical or technical /commercial sales experience.\nDeep knowledge and experience with Alfa Laval branded products or GPHE.\nExperience in sales collaboration and data analysis to support business decisions and identify service opportunities.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nProficiency in English, both oral and written.\nSolid computer and digital competence.\nWillingness and availability to travel 50% or more, including to remote areas.\nAt Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences.
