About the job：
- Support HSE manager and lead the continuous improvement in occupational health, safety and environmental matters in TAO. 支持HSE经理,对青岛工厂健康、安全及环境事务进行持续改进
- Execute the responsibility division matrix of HSE department engineers.执行部门HSE部门工程师职责划分矩阵
- Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance. 理解并严格遵守公司的规章、制度、政策、说明、流程，以确保行为表现符合公司的期望并能达到工作绩效的要求以避免产生不必要的冲突
- Comply with and enforce the statutory duties and obligations of safety, health and environmental management personnel under national and local regulations.遵守并执行国家和地方法规对安全、健康、环保管理人员的法定责任和义务.
- Plan and implement HSE management plan to optimize HSE risk management at operation site. 策划并实施HSE管理方案以优化操作现场的HSE风险管理;
- Serves as the subject matter expert to provide the support to the related leaders about the related best practices, tools, processes and initiatives做为技术专家，对相关部门的管理者提供HSE方面的最佳实践、工具、流程及行动支持
- Provide advice on HSE problems within the organization and supervise the implementation of the production safety responsibility system; Supervise the resolution of HSE problems. 对组织内存在的HSE问题提供建议，并监督全员生产安全责任制的落实; 监督HSE问题的解决。
- Coordinate and implement the Global HSE processes and develop additional needed location specific HSE procedures, standards and guidelines for HSE topics and work with related employees to ensure that procedures are understood and followed. 协调及实施Global HSE流程并依据需求制定特定的HSE程序、标准及指引，与相关人员协作确保对应的程序被理解并遵守
- Drive the HSE compliance issue, provide the guidance and technical support to maintain related permits and approvals 驱动HSE合规性管理，提供指导及技术支持以获得对应的许可及批复
- Coordinate and participate in the maintenance of ISO14001 and ISO45001, participate in internal audit and continuous improvement.协调及参与ISO14001 及ISO45001的维护，参与内部审核和持续改进。
- Timely report relevant HSE data and indicators (including accident information, environmental indicators, etc.) 及时报告相应的HSE数据及指标指标(包括事故信息，环境指标等)
- Regular environmental impact and risk identification for plant operation together with HSE legislation compliance monitoring, and involve in HSE issues for new and/or rebuilt investment projects, action plans propose and finalize for identified major issues 例行环境影响和风险因素辨识，以及健康、安全和环境法规合规性监测，参与新改扩项目的健康、安全和环境问题，针对已识别的重大问题提出并确定行动计划。
- Participate in the investigation of HSE accidents and near misses, take corrective actions and follow up 参与对HSE事故和未遂事件的调查，采取纠正措施并跟进
- All other tasks assigned by line manager or company 完成其他由上级主管或公司安排的工作或任务
What you know：
Knowledge and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Project Management or other equivalent majors. 全日制大学本科及以上学历，安全工程、工程管理及相关专业。 Professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Environmental Engineer, Certified Fire Safety Engineer or country equivalent). 安全领域的专业资格证书，注册安全工程师，注册环境工程师或注册消防工程师等 Minimum 5 years full time HSE experience. Rich knowledge and experience on risk control and risk mitigation techniques 5年以上专职HSE工作经历，有丰富的风险控制及风险降低的知识和技能。 Strong organizational and communication skills优秀的组织及沟通能力， Demonstrated ability to organize, motivate and lead teams, drive change, and interact cross functionally 优秀的驱动及领导团队能力、引领变更的能力及良好的跨组织协作的能力 Fluent verbal English communication is required 良好的英文口语能力。
