So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.\nAlfa Laval is searching on Suisio BG (also open to valuate San Bonifacio (VR)) site, a HR PARTNER\nIn this role you will:\nManage the recruitment and onboarding process across Italy for blue-collar employees, contingent workers, consultants and temporary staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.\nManage the relationship with temporary work agencies, from sourcing and contracting to service quality follow-up and cost control.\nAct as a trusted advisor to managers and supervisors on labor relations and basic legal aspects, in coordination with the local HR Business Partner and the shared service center.\nManage HR administration and the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.\nDeliver compliant, efficient and business-focused HR support daily.\nDrive continuous improvement of HR processes, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, increase efficiency and optimize costs.\nPrioritize and collaborate with HR teams across countries to share best practices, harmonize processes and leverage synergies to improve service delivery.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition to implement Employer Branding initiatives aligned with business needs.\nSupport managers in anticipating staffing needs, coordinating recruitment and contingent workforce planning accordingly.\nThe role is based in Suisio/San Bonifacio, with frequent travel to our other Italian locations.\nWhat you know\nA degree in Human Resources or a related field.\n4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR administration role, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.\nGood working knowledge of Italian labor law and national collective agreements (CCNL, ideally Metalmeccanico).\nHands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding, including blue-collar and contingent workforce populations.\nPractical experience of working with temporary work agencies and managing contingent staffing needs.\nA service-minded and approachable style, you are a reliable first point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.\nA structured, process-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in simplification and digitalization.\nComfort working with HR systems and data (HRIS, ATS, Excel)\nFluent Italian and good English, both written and spoken.\nExtensive experience and proficiency with the Office suite\nStrong integrity, discretion and people orientation.\nWho You Are\nYou’ll have to analyze data, organizing activities by priority and independently.\nYou possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong cooperative and team-oriented attitude.\nYou take a proactive and strategic approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.\nYou are strongly oriented towards achieving goals and delivering high-quality results.\nAt Alfa Laval, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your total compensation package.
