You will have the opportunity to Secure that all orders are updated accurately reflecting the customers’ requirements and demands so that the correct parts are ordered and shipped, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is an opportunity located in Greenwood, IN\nAs a part of the team, you will:\nEnter customers’ orders\nSecure order confirmations\nFacilitate order changes\nProvide updates on order status\nProactively follow-up on orders based on local reports/tasks\nObtain and manage shipping instructions\nAcquire and provide standard order and shipping documentation\nEnsure proper routing of escalations in Service Now to the correct departments\nDrive/Support continuous improvement activities identified\n\"We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
