In addition, you support the service team by sharing technical knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting service technicians with inspections on board vessels.\nIn this role, you report to the Service Manager.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlan, prepare, coordinate, and supervise service projects worldwide\nManage the technical and operational aspects of assigned service projects\nPrepare service quotations and communicate directly with customers regarding service requests, project progress, and delivery\nCoordinate service activities with technicians, customers, and internal departments\nMonitor project planning, execution, and progress, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery\nProvide regular updates and reports on the status of ongoing service projects\nEnsure accurate administrative handling and documentation of service activities\nPrepare completed service orders for invoicing\nSupport and guide service technicians in carrying out technical inspections on board vessels\nShare technical knowledge and contribute to the coaching and training of the service team\nEnsure all activities are carried out in accordance with Framo standards, procedures, and safety requirements\nIdentify opportunities to improve service processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction\nAbout you\nYou are a hands-on, customer-focused professional with a strong technical mindset and excellent coordination skills.
