This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages resources, and communicates with stakeholders to achieve project goals and customer satisfaction. The purpose is to drive successful project outcomes that support Alfa Laval’s business objectives and continuous improvement.\nThis is a hybrid position locatedin Broken Arrow, OK.\nResponsibilities include:\nLead and manage projects from initiation to completion.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and resources.\nMonitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.\nCommunicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks.\nEnsure compliance with company standards and safety requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement and process optimization.\nDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.\nLead project kick-off and regular status meetings.\nTrack progress and report on project milestones.\nCoordinate tasks across engineering, supply chain, and other teams.\nManage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks.\nCommunicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.\nEnsure project documentation is complete and up to date.\nOversee project delivery, installation, and handover to the customer.\nCapture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements.\nAt Alfa Laval, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values diverse perspectives and experiences. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.\nWhat you know:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and/or 5 or more years of capital equipment project management experience, and: Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or a similar certification preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to perform simple to moderate process and analytical analysis.\nStrong oral and written communications skills.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.\nPhysical and Environmental Factors:\nOffice environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor.\nShop floor: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs).\nShop floor: Frequently exposed to outside weather conditions.\nShop floor: The noise level in the work environment is often loud.\nWe care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job, background, skills, and experience to get it right.
