Please feel free to peruse our website www.alfalaval.com.\nThe position / About the Job:\nAct as the local communication link between the factory/site and the ALPS Central Team (ALPS CET).\nSupport ALPS in-site communication.\nActively support and challenge the daily running of ALPS in the factory/site.\nParticipate in local and PG/regional ALPS Steering Committee.\nEnsure that the factory/site ALPS Scorecard is reported on time and according to standard.\nEnsure that all ALPS related material used in the factory/site is up to date and standard, including all templates and visuals.\nRun local ALPS Basic training and support ALPS CET in preparation and execution of locally run Central ALPS Basic training.\nCoordinate all local ALPS related training.\nNetwork with other local ALPS Drivers.\nActively seek and communicate possible best practice solutions both locally and globally.\nParticipate in Popcorn meetings and ALPS Webinars.\nCoordinate and support planning, preparation and certification process of ALPS Installation for the factory/site.\nCoordinate and support planning, preparation and execution of ALPS Progress Days for the factory/site.\nPerform audits according to ALPS (SB Audit Dialogues, SOP Audit Dialogues (Improvement), 5S Audits).\nParticipate in ALPS Core Teams.\nSubmit initiatives/suggestions on improvements to ALPS standards to ALPS CET.\nCompetencies/ Profile\nBe competent in ALPS (minimum on ALPS Basic Training level)\nBe competent in Lean Six Sigma (minimum on Black Belt level)\nBe a result driven Leader who thrives on being in Gemba\nBe competent facilitator and communicator\nBe honest, open and assertive\nHave high integrity and strategic perspective\nHave the ability to drive implementation through and together with line management\nQualifications & experience:\n8-10 years of relevant experience from production/manufacturing company.\nB.E.
