To support this strategic direction we are implementing a global Time, Attendance and Absence management system across our international matrix organization.\nWe are now seeking an experienced Global Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new global payroll provider across multiple countries and regions - a collaborative professional who thrives in change and wants to make a real impact across our global HR community.\nThis business-critical project requires coordination across an international matrix organization, where payroll processes, statutory requirements, employment practices, banking arrangements and technology landscapes vary by country. The Project Manager will work closely with global and local payroll teams, HR, IT, finance, tax, treasury, procurement and external providers to align global objectives with essential local requirements.\nYou will manage the project from requirements definition and provider selection through design, implementation, country deployment and post-go-live stabilization. Responsibilities will include:\nParticipate the RFP process and vendor selection process\nCoordinating provider selection, due diligence and implementation planning\nEstablishing project scope, governance, plans and decision-making structures\nLiaise with international payroll vendors, internal teams, and regional stakeholders\nManaging timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations\nCoordinating data migration, system integrations, testing and payroll reconciliation\nPlanning parallel payroll runs, cutover, contingency measures and stabilization\nEnsuring that local compliance and operational requirements are identified and addressed\nManaging provider deliverables, issues, escalations and implementation performance\nSupporting change management and readiness across global and local teams\nEnsuring a controlled handover to the teams responsible for ongoing payroll operations and provider management\nProvide post-implementation support and continuous improvement\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field\nProven project management experience in complex, multi-country environments\nStrong knowledge of payroll processes and their connections to HR, finance and technology\nExperience implementing payroll providers or comparable HR technology solutions\nStrong vendor and stakeholder-management capabilities\nThe ability to navigate competing global, regional and local priorities\nA structured approach to governance, risk, data, testing, cutover and operational readiness\n PMP or similar certification is a plus.\nStrong understanding of time & attendance and absence management processes and how these connect to payroll.\nAbility to manage projects across multiple countries and cultures, ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.\nStrong communication and leadership skills; decision-making will be key\nWhy Join Us?\nWork on impactful, global projects\nBe part of a diverse, international team\nCompetitive compensation, benefits and future development opportunities\nReady to make a difference?
