So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.\nAbout the job:\nLead and manage the sourcing team and related activities and safeguard that overall direct- and indirect materials supplier performance follow the defined targets.\nGive input to handshake process and for implementation when decided.\nActively participate in the development and implementation of the BU HFH Sourcing excellence strategy. \nResponsible for follow up of supplier performance and for initiate actions when compliance, Quality, Delivery or cost development don´t meet defined KPI’s. \nSupport optimizing operating working capital.\nSupport NCR and PIM process.\nGive input on demands and needs for the factory or a certain project.\nResponsible to give input to tools & procedures within Global Sourcing and implement them at the site. \nMRP/Jakamo system maintenance.\nLead the Costing Update process and safeguard that right component prices are updated with the right escalation factors. Together with factory simulate the price change and work close together with controller to verify if something looks wrong.\nSafeguard that supplier, purchasing price, Lead time, MOQ always are right on component level.\nFor delegated suppliers maintain Jakamo with right GSM numbers, agreements, valid price lists and all compliance documents.\nSourcing strategy\nResponsible for implementing sub-commodity strategies in coordination with Global Sourcing.\nSafeguard usage of preferred suppliers for new items.\nSafeguard that right suppliers are chosen for NPD projects and to keep related cost targets.\nDrive lead time reduction initiatives which are aligned with factory input.\nResponsible for sourcing part risk assessment related to BCP and that actions are taken to reduce risks.\nProject management\nResponsible for successfully planning, scheduling, controlling and managing project deliverables.\nWorking with various EPD and NPD sourcing projects, also in cooperation with Sourcing office, SQA team and Global sourcing\nSupplier Development\nInitiate local PIM´s when needed and to escalate when support is needed.\nLead the team when they are appointed as resolution leaders for PIM cases.\nImplement supplier evaluation scorecard with suppliers to improve their performance to the factory.\nWhat you know:\n5 - 10 years’ experience from production/manufacturing company in global environment\nLeadership and management skills\nFluent in English language\nStrong negotiation skills\nSkilled in Microsoft office package.\nHighest business integrity\nPreferred experience from PPAP and L6S\nWhat you will get:\n薪酬福利待遇：\n1.上班时间：早上8:30~下午5:00; 周末双休\n2.入职即享有带薪年假，足额缴纳五险一金，补充医疗保险\n3.覆盖全市各区域的免费员工班车与工作午餐\n4.节日福利，年度体检，年度旅游\n培训发展体系：\n1.丰富的线上线下学习资源\n2.来自部门经理和资深员工的悉心指导\n3.学习掌握前沿的核心技术和知识\n4.国际化视野和职业发展通道\nWe care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
