So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too\nWe are looking for a Shipper/Receiver who will be responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving operations with a strong focus on inventory management, maintains accurate inventory records in Movex, contributes to the D365 implementation, coordinates shipments efficiently, and ensures safety standards are met across logistics operations.\nSome responsibilities include: \nMaintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records in the ERP system\n\nManage inventory control activities, including cycle counting, reconciliation, and reporting\n\nMonitor goods received and ensure any discrepancies or deviations are properly recorded and communicated to management\n\nCoordinate the loading and unloading of goods, including quantity verification and package condition checks\n\nArrange transportation and packaging of materials, collaborating closely with carriers and internal teams\n\nExecute, track, and coordinate domestic and international shipments\n\nCollaborate with Customer Service and Service Centre teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment\n\nEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION DESIRED\nEducation (degree or years) and/or Certification/Registration:\nValid fork truck license\nCrane certified\nTDG Training\nType and Length of Experience:\n2 years shipping & receiving experience\nExperience with inventory control\nKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes Desired in Candidate:\n Knowledge of M3/Movex or another AS400 platform\nStrong organizational, oral and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.\nHigh energy with high level of self-initiative and strong sense of urgency. Ability to multitask.\nHigh integrity.\nComputer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office).\nSafety mindset.\nFamiliarity with D365 is an asset\nPHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS\nRequired to lift 40 pounds in daily routine\nRequired to work in cold and hot climates\nCompensation & Total Rewards\nThe salary range for this role is $55,000- $65,000 CAD annually, based on experience and role alignment. In addition to base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.\nBonus Opportunity\nThis position is eligible for a target bonus of up to 4% of annual base salary depending on experience, awarded based on the achievement of company performance metrics.
