So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too\nWho you are:\nBe responsible for part of direct purchase and all purchasing activities of indirect purchase.\nEnsure compliance to purchasing process and purchasing objective.\nLead the factory handshake process and follow up implementation to secure supplier Quality, Delivery, Cost and Sustainability.\nAbout the job:\nDirect purchase:\nWork as team member in handshake process, cooperate with commodity sourcing, region sourcing.\nDrive project to improve supplier sustainability, quality, delivery, cost.\nComplete cost reduction target by negotiation skill or bidding process.\nWork with supplier to create idea to optimize design to decrease price and shorten lead time.\nKeep material availability to meet customer special requirement.\nIndirect purchase:\nConduct purchasing activities and order handling& follow up.\nBe responsible for supplier sourcing, evaluating, negotiating & cost analysis.\nContinually update and maintain supplier profile for China supply base.\nContract management, including contract initiating、implementing and filing etc.\nEnsure all purchasing initiatives are transparent and carefully evaluated related to Quality, Delivery and Cost.\nSeek the possibility for cost reduction.\nImprove and increase efficiency of purchasing daily business process.\nWhat you know:\nBachelor degree or above and major in Engineering\nGood mechanical design & mfg. theory and practice\n5 years purchasing related experience and 3 years purchasing management experience in multinational companies, with preferable in mechanical design and manufacturing expertise\nExperience from change management, project management and Six Sigma\nStrongly personal computer skills-Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Independent, teamwork, hard work, self-discipline and proactive attitude\n\nWe care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
