This role is ideal for a student interested in technical communication, process documentation, knowledge management, and continuous improvement. You will support the team in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and other documentation that help ensure consistent ways of working and effective knowledge sharing. You will also assist with documentation maintenance and administrative documentation tasks.\nYou will work closely with Documentation Engineers, Technical Writers, Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders in an international environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.\nSupport the documentation and maintenance of departmental processes and Ways of Working.\nAssist with document updates, reviews, and documentation maintenance activities.\nCollect and structure information from subject matter experts to document processes and procedures.\nContribute to continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and working methods.\nSupport knowledge-sharing and onboarding documentation.\nQualifications\nCurrently enrolled in a relevant higher education program, for example within communication, technical communication, information management, engineering, business, or a related field.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nStructured and detail-oriented approach to tasks.\nInterest in documentation, process improvement, and knowledge management.\nComfortable working independently while collaborating with different stakeholders.\nPrevious experience with technical documentation, process documentation, or content management systems is an advantage but not required.\nEagerness to learn and contribute in an international and collaborative environment.\nWhat You’ll Gain\nHands-on experience with an industry-leading company.\nInsight into how documentation supports engineering, compliance, knowledge retention, and business operations.\nOpportunity to develop technical and professional skills in a supportive environment.\nNetworking with professionals in the field.\nFor more information, please contact\nFunctional Lead, Documentation, Anne Riegels - \nEarly in Career Lead, \nPlease send your application and resume through the link below no later than 15th of October 2026\nWe will close the job ad early if we find the right candidate as we will be continuously evaluating the applications.
