The UM must ensure that supplies are available when they are needed to meet changing levels of demand for WCT Products.\nAbout the job:\nImplement ISO, AEO，ASME, PV management system in the factory. \nAbility to coordinate across departments, manage project delivery, risks, and changes, to ensure efficient execution of customer-specific orders under the ETO business model.\nPlanning:\nMust have good analytical and planning skills to establish supply requirements.\nReview forecasts with suppliers and material schedules with the production management team.\nEstablish inventory classifications (ABC) and corresponding standardized supply schedules.\nMaterial Purchasing:\nMonitor supply chain performance and establish metrics to assess factors such as quality, cost and delivery performance.\nCollaborate with members of the supply chain to find ways of improving efficiency or reducing cost.\nERP system utilization for all activites to provide visibility to all users of the WCT supply chain.\nCommunication:\nBuild relationships within the factory, global business unit, and product group WCT.\nCollaborate with other departments to identify problems and find solutions.\nMaintain and develop positive business relationships with sales company and customers.\nGeneral:\nDevelop analytics, systems and data management capabilities, including metrics and reports.\nDirect the hiring, training, supervision, mentoring, and performance evaluations of supply chain staff.\nAssess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials.\nReview or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental, policies, standards, regulations, or laws (sustainability).\nWhat you know:\nUnderstanding of accounting and finance, related to purchasing materials from supplier and inventory control\nRead and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements\nDiagram supply chain process to help facilitate improvements and develop standard operating procedures\nWorking knowledge of ERP system\nGood communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships\nAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships\nAbility to perform accurate arithmetic computations using applications such as spreadsheet, word processing, email and database software\nBachelor’s degree in business management, Supply Chain Management, or related field\nAt least 5 years' experience management responsibility\nSolid English ability and comfortable working globally in written and oral English\nWe care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes.
