You build trust, by clear communication with no prestige.\nIf the above sounds like you, this position might be just what you’re looking for!\nAbout The Job\nManage the day-to-day accounting operations within area of responsibility.\nJob Description\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of employee expense reports and supporting documentation.\nReview expense claims for policy compliance, correct accounting treatment, and accurate coding.\nIndependently investigate and resolve complex T&E issues and stakeholder inquiries.\nProvide guidance and support to users on T&E processes, policies, and systems.\nOrganize and deliver training sessions for employees and business stakeholders.\nActively participate in process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.\nPerform and review monthly reconciliations of T&E-related general ledger accounts.\nRespond to escalated inquiries regarding payments, expense claims, and process-related matters.\nPrepare data, reports, and analyses to support local management decision-making.\nCreate, maintain, and periodically review process documentation and Desktop Procedures (DTPs).\nSupport internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and explanations.\nPerform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Team Leader or Supervisor.\nWhat You Know\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nMinimum 2 - 3 years of experience in Travel & Expenses, Purchase to Pay, Accounts Payable\nExperience in working with iScala and power BI will be a plus\nPractical knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow-SNOW)\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in processing employee expenses.\nProficient in English communication (both verbally and in writing)\nMotivation with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude\nWhat’s In It For You\nWe offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value.
