These solutions support remote service, data visualization, performance analytics, and improved equipment efficiency, reliability, compliance, and sustainability.\nYou will combine technical leadership with hands-on software development. You will translate business and customer needs into robust technical solutions, guide implementation, support architectural and technical decisions, and help ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle. Working with developers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams, you will influence technical direction and support the delivery of reliable, maintainable, and secure solutions.\nKey responsibilities\nDefine technical solutions, implementation approaches, estimates, and technical dependencies.\nGuide and mentor developers through technical discussions, code reviews, testing, and engineering best practices.\nContribute hands-on to software development and technical problem solving.\nSupport the complete software lifecycle, from development and deployment to maintenance and operational handover.\nEnsure solutions meet expectations for performance, stability, usability, maintainability, and cybersecurity.\nWho are you\nYou are an experienced and hands-on software engineer who enjoys combining technical leadership with active development. You are structured, self-motivated, and able to balance strategic thinking with attention to detail. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively across teams to move technical decisions and delivery forward. You also enjoy mentoring others and influencing through dialogue, knowledge sharing, and sound technical judgment rather than formal authority.\nWhat you know\nYou have a strong background in software development and experience designing, delivering, and supporting reliable software solutions. You are comfortable taking technical responsibility while remaining close to the code and the development team.\nTo succeed in this role, you will need:\nA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of software development experience.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.\nExperience designing and delivering backend or distributed systems, APIs, and service-based architectures.\nHands-on experience with Docker and Microsoft Azure.\nExperience working in Agile software development teams.\nExperience mentoring developers and coordinating technical dependencies across teams.\nExperience with deployment, maintenance, monitoring, logging, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of production systems.\nIt is considered an advantage if you have experience with:\nIoT, edge, telemetry, cloud-connected, or industrial monitoring solutions.\nMicroservices, messaging, or event-driven systems.\nLinux-based environments or time-series databases such as TimescaleDB or InfluxDB.\nAngular, Python, or other frontend and scripting technologies.\nAzure DevOps, Jira, deployment pipelines, or operational handover.\nWe know that not every candidate will meet every qualification listed above.
