We are a diverse group of dedicated individuals, working with some of the biggest names in our industries to support them through major transformational change; all we are missing is you.\nAlfa is looking to recruit a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join our team.\nKey responsibilities:\nYou will lead a team of Alfa consultants supporting a client implementation of Alfa Systems. You will be accountable for the successful completion of Alfa deliverables within the required timescales of the overall program, and you will have responsibility for supervising and supporting members of your team. You will work closely with the client, your team, and the broader Alfa company to ensure success.\nThe Project Manager will:\nLead a workstream within a larger implementation project, reporting into the Senior Project Manager\nAct as the overall Alfa lead for a smaller active implementation, or a customer already live with Alfa Systems upgrading to a newer version, reporting into the Client Account Director\nThe Senior Project Manager will:\nAct as the overall Alfa lead for a larger and more complex implementation of Alfa Systems, overseeing multiple work-streams and teams, and reporting into the Client Account Director\nBoth roles will include the following responsibilities:\nManage Alfa deliverables and lead the Alfa project team within a broader enterprise software implementation program, including:\nWorking with the customer to plan the program, ensuring delivery methodologies are applied in a way that works for the customer’s needs\nTracking progress of Alfa deliverables against the plan, monitoring and managing scope, budget and timeline\nCommunicating project status internally and to the customer, proactively taking course-correcting actions when necessary\nWorking closely with the customer and software engineering teams to ensure new Alfa Systems features are delivered within the required timescales of the broader program\nManaging risks, issues & dependencies; creating and actioning mitigation plans\nManage resources, including:\nEstimating resourcing required to ensure successful completion of deliverables within required timescales\nRequesting sufficient and appropriate resources to support customer needs\nSupporting, developing & evaluating team members\nBuilding and maintaining an engaged and motivated team, prioritizing a healthy work-life balance\nRelationship management, including:\nDeveloping strong and trusting relationships with key client stakeholders, working in partnership with them to ensure they realize the full potential of Alfa Systems\nIdentifying opportunities where additional Alfa professional services and features will better enable our customers to succeed\nDeveloping a strong internal network at Alfa, working with key team members to ensure knowledge and experience is incorporated into delivery methodologies and Alfa Learning & Development programs\nContribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, incorporating industry best practices, prior work experience, and learnings from your Alfa customer engagements\n\nWe would love you to have:\nExperience leading major deliverables within an enterprise software implementation program\nDetailed knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and enterprise software implementation\nProven people management skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nPreferred:\nPrior experience working on an Alfa implementation\nExperience in the auto finance/equipment finance field\nWhat we’ll do for you\nSupport you in flexible hybrid or remote working\n24 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays and flexible cultural days\nSuperannuation\nProvide private health insurance\nSupport you with enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave with family-friendly policies\nProvide Income protection\nProvide Life, disability and worldwide travel insurance\nExpense up to $90 per month on home broadband\nAbout Alfa\nWe bring our industry-leading software platform to the likes of Mercedes-Benz and CarMax, so they can do business globally.
