They will play a critical role as a member of the IT Infrastructure team, which manages all aspects of support, infrastructure and Information Security.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nPerform on-site and remote support for end users firm wide\nParticipate in hardware and software deployment initiatives\nPerform minor equipment repairs\nParticipate in Office 365 related initiatives and issue resolution\nTroubleshoot technologies related to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). E.g.
