are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP S/4HANA Payroll Replication Specialist to design, update configurations, test, and support the replication of employee and organizational data from SuccessFactors Employee Central into SAP S/4HANA Payroll.\n\nThe role will serve as the technical expert for employee master data, organizational data, employment events, compensation, time, and payroll-relevant information replicated between systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSupport SuccessFactors Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA Payroll replication.\nUpdate configurations and validate replication of:\n Personal and biographical data \n Employment and job information \n Organizational assignments \n Compensation and pay components \n Work schedules and time-related data \n Bank, tax, benefits, and payroll-relevant information \n Hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination, and organizational-change events \nMap Employee Central data to SAP HCM and S/4HANA Payroll structures, including relevant infotypes, personnel actions, wage types, organizational objects, and cost centers.\nConfigure and monitor middleware integrations using SAP Integration Suite/CPI or the applicable integration framework.\nImplement or Update Business Add-ins (BADIs) to support business requirements.\nAnalyze replication errors, interface failures, data inconsistencies, and rejected employee records.\nLead root-cause analysis across Employee Central, middleware, and S/4HANA Payroll.\nValidate employee and organizational data after replication into S/4HANA.\nSupport payroll-relevant integration for:\n Time management \n Benefits \n Payroll control records \n Costing and Finance \n Banks and payment providers \n Third-party applications \nDefine technical specifications for enhancements, mappings, validations, and error-handling processes.\nLead unit, integration, regression, parallel, user acceptance, and payroll validation testing.\nPerform data reconciliation between Employee Central and S/4HANA Payroll.\nSupport production incident resolution.\nMaintain configuration workbooks, mapping documents, interface specifications, test scripts, and support procedures.\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Integration, Security, and technical development teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM/S/4HANA Payroll.\nDemonstrated experience delivering or supporting EC-to-S/4HANA Payroll replication.\nStrong understanding of:\n Employee Central data model \n Employment and job information \n Effective-dated transactions \n Employee Central business rules and workflows \n SAP HCM personnel administration \n Infotypes and personnel actions \n Organizational management \n Payroll-relevant master data \n Cost center and organizational assignment \nHands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI or comparable SAP integration tooling.\nSAP ABAP Hands-on coding expert to update or implement BADI's or S/4HANA enhancements.\nExperience troubleshooting interfaces, replication queues, middleware messages, and payroll master-data errors.\nStrong knowledge of employee lifecycle events and their downstream payroll impact.\nExperience creating functional specifications, mapping documents, and test scenarios.\nStrong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management
