automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.\nAnalyze automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.\nParticipate in test planning, estimation, requirement analysis, defect management, and release validation.\nMaintain test documentation, automation scripts, test reports, and regression suites.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nStrong experience in Salesforce QA / Quality Engineering.\nHands-on experience in Test Automation using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.\nStrong knowledge of Salesforce testing and CRM business processes.\nExperience with SOQL and Salesforce data validation.\nExperience in API testing and Salesforce integrations.\nGood knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# for automation.\nExperience with Git and CI/CD tools.\nStrong understanding of functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.\nGood defect tracking and test management experience using Jira or similar tools.\n\nGood to Have\n\nSalesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform Developer.\nExperience with Apex testing and Salesforce metadata
