The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, a strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations, and a passion for building scalable and robust solutions that enhance our client and agent experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Service Cloud features such as Console, Omnichannel, Case Management, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.\n\n- Write robust, scalable, and efficient Apex code, Triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components.\n\n- Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and other relevant technologies.\n\n- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Business Analysts, QA, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.\n\n- Participate in release management, change management, and deployment activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 6-10 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Service Cloud.\n\n- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (workflows, process builder, flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, permissions).\n\n- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata API).\n\n- Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies for Salesforce e.g Copado.\n\n- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment.\n\nPreferred Certifications (one or more) : \n\n- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II\n\n- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud
