The role will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.\n\nThe ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, custom applications, workflows, and platform architecture, along with experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformation programs.\n\nRequirements\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn the end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture for enterprise implementations and transformation initiatives.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow architecture and solution designs.\nDefine HLD/LLD, technical architecture, integration architecture, data models, workflows, and security architecture.\nLead architecture discussions with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, developers, administrators, and implementation partners.\nProvide technical direction and governance across ServiceNow development and implementation teams.\nDesign solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB/CSDM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps and custom applications based on business requirements.\nDesign and govern integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, web services and event-driven integrations.\nDefine CMDB architecture, CSDM alignment, Discovery, Service Mapping, data governance and CMDB health strategies.\nEstablish ServiceNow development standards covering configuration vs customization, scripting, scoped applications, update sets, application repositories and deployment practices.\nReview technical designs, code, integrations, custom applications and platform configurations.\nEnsure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, security standards, scalability, performance and upgradeability.\nLead platform modernization, instance consolidation, upgrade and migration initiatives.\nEvaluate new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend appropriate platform solutions.\nWork with security teams on SSO, OAuth, ACLs, roles, encryption and secure integrations.\nSupport technical estimation, solution proposals, POCs and implementation planning.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies and architectural gaps and drive their resolution.\nMentor ServiceNow developers, technical leads and administrators.\n\nMandatory Skills\n\n10–14 years of ServiceNow experience\nStrong experience as ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Architect / Lead Architect\nServiceNow architecture and enterprise solution design\nStrong ITSM experience\nStrong CMDB / CSDM knowledge\nExperience with ITOM, Discovery and Service Mapping\nServiceNow integrations and API architecture\nREST / SOAP / IntegrationHub / MID Server\nServiceNow scripting:\nJavaScript\nGlide APIs\nBusiness Rules\nScript Includes\nClient Scripts\nUI Policies\nUI Actions\nFlow Designer / Workflow\nServiceNow ACLs, roles
