the job:\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with 10+ years of industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years of hands-on o9 Solutions implementation experience.\n\nThe candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable o9 solutions, collaborating closely with clients and cross-functional teams, and guiding the implementation team throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Client Requirement Management: Discuss, understand, validate, and finalize high-level business and functional requirements with clients.\n\n- Solution Blueprinting: Lead and support blueprinting sessions to understand business processes, identify gaps, and define the appropriate o9 solution approach.\n\n- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into high-level solution designs aligned with o9 capabilities, industry best practices, and client objectives.\n\n- Requirement Breakdown: Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria for development.\n\n- Development Team Guidance: Provide architectural and functional guidance to the build team during user story development, ensuring the solution is aligned with the approved design.\n\n- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, project managers, and other technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\n\n- UAT Support: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support issue resolution, validate delivered functionality, and ensure the solution meets agreed business requirements.\n\n- User Training: Support and participate in user training, helping business users understand the implemented solution and its key functionalities.\n\n- Solution Governance: Ensure consistency between business requirements, solution design, development, testing, and final implementation.\n\nRequired Experience & Skills:\n\n- 10+ years of overall industry experience.\n\n- Minimum 3 years of o9 Solutions implementation experience.\n\n- Strong understanding of o9 Solutions platform and supply chain planning processes.\n\n- Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.\n\n- Strong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, blueprinting, and user story creation.\n\n- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional and technical requirements.\n\n- Experience guiding development/build teams in an implementation environment.\n\n- Hands-on experience supporting UAT, defect resolution, and user training.\n\n- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in a client-facing and cross-functional environment.\n\nPreferred Background:\n\n- Experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, Inventory Planning, or related areas.\n\n- Experience delivering end-to-end o9 implementation projects.\n\n- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, solution governance, and best practices.\nSkills\nSolution Design,
