The studio produces locally relevant, performance-led creative for Gemini, Google AI Mode and other client products, with Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Egypt as primary markets and Morocco and Iraq as secondary markets. It covers two workstreams: original lower-funnel content built from scratch, and adaptation of global and regional campaigns for local markets. Brand strategy and big-idea concepts stay with our client’s lead agency; the studio owns everything from local origination through to resizing, formatting and handoff to the media agency.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n-\nWe are looking for a Creative Director to lead the creative output of our client’s new MENA creative studio. You will own the creative response to briefs, set the quality bar and guide a multidisciplinary team of copywriters, designers and motion designers.\nThe studio creates locally relevant, performance-led creative for Gemini and Google AI Mode across KSA, Egypt, Morocco and Iraq. You will make sure work is culturally authentic and conversion-focused, both when the team originates new ideas and when it adapts global and regional campaigns. You will work closely with our client’s creative lead and with the lead brand agency, which retains big-idea brand strategy.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n -\nCreative leadership\nOwn the creative response to briefs across original content and adaptations.\nLead concepting for lower-funnel, conversion-focused campaigns that work in each market.\nReview all work before it reaches the client, holding a consistent standard for craft, brand and performance.\nLocal relevance and quality\nMake sure creative is locally relevant, not simply localised, working with market copywriters from the brief onwards.\nAvoid stereotyped or generic regional treatment and champion authentic local insight.\nDefine where adaptation stops and local origination starts, in line with the lead agency's brand platform.\nTeam and ways of working\nDirect and develop the studio's copy, design and motion team, giving clear, actionable feedback.\nEmbed AI-enabled creative workflows (Gemini and approved tools) that raise speed and output without lowering quality.\nPartner with the Project Manager on resourcing, timelines and priorities.\nClient partnership\nPresent creative work and rationale to client stakeholders and build trust as the studio's creative voice.\nUse performance data and learnings to refine creative strategy over time.\n\nREQUIREMENTS\n-\n10+ years of creative experience, including at least 3 years in an Associate Creative Director or Creative Director role.\nStrong portfolio of performance and digital creative across video, social and display.\nDeep understanding of MENA markets and culture;
