Based remotely in the UK, you will support partner marketing activity across EMEA within the education sector, working across campaign delivery, partner enablement, events and programme operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nThe role\n\nThis is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes, working with multiple stakeholders and ensuring excellent execution. You will manage marketing investment processes, help partners deliver high-quality campaigns, coordinate regional campaign activity and support key industry events and leadership programmes.\nWhat you’ll be doing\n\nPartner marketing fund management and governance\n\nManage the end-to-end process for partner marketing funds across EMEA.\nReview partner marketing proposals, ensuring alignment with campaign requirements, brand standards and agreed objectives.\nAdvise partners on effective marketing approaches and support them in developing high-quality activity plans.\nTrack campaign delivery, budget use and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve return on investment.\nMaintain clear reporting and governance across the programme.\n\nRegional campaign studio management\n\nCoordinate a regional partner marketing campaign programme for the education sector.\nWork with internal stakeholders to source, localise and launch one to two relevant EMEA campaigns per quarter.\nCollaborate with external agency partners to deliver campaigns that support adoption and active usage goals.\nMonitor campaign and platform engagement, reporting on performance and recommendations.\nCreate enablement materials and coordinate internal communications to help channel and sales teams amplify campaigns with partners.\n\nStrategic partner events\n\nProvide operational, logistics and execution support for high-profile partner conferences, trade shows and industry events.\nCoordinate key event activities, stakeholder communications, materials and partner presence.\nSupport post-event follow-up, reporting and process improvements.\n\nHigher Education Leader Series\n\nManage day-to-day delivery of a Higher Education event portfolio.\nLead attendee communications, including invitations, RSVP templates and registration journeys.\nMaintain accurate registration tracking and provide regular internal updates.\nSupport the wider team with ad-hoc programme coordination where needed.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nExperience in partner marketing, channel marketing, programme management or campaign operations.\nExposure to managing marketing investment, co-marketing budgets, MDF or similar partner funding programmes.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines independently.\nExperience coordinating regional or multi-market marketing campaigns, including localisation and performance reporting.\nConfidence working with agencies, external partners and senior internal stakeholders.\nExperience supporting events, conferences or executive engagement programmes.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail, sound judgement and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.\nInterest or experience in education, technology or B2B marketing would be beneficial.\nMust be UK-based and have the right to work in the
