What you can expect

Our client is a global leader in video communications and collaboration technology. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for businesses interested in their platform across EMEA. Your goal is to make sure every inbound lead is actioned quickly and qualified accurately. You will also generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting into mid-market accounts, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Key deliverables

• Respond to inbound leads within SLAs, and qualify them against agreed criteria.
• Follow every assigned lead through to a clear outcome: a qualified meeting, nurture, or disqualification with a reason.
• Book qualified meetings that AEs accept, with complete handoff notes documented in Salesforce.
• Run outbound sequences into mid-market target accounts during dedicated prospecting time.
• Keep CRM data accurate so the team can report reliably on lead quality and conversion.
• Share insight on lead quality with your Team Lead, to strengthen the feedback loop to marketing.
• Hit your KPIs, including speed to lead, lead-to-opportunity conversion, AE-accepted meetings and pipeline generated.

What we're looking for

• At least 1 year of sales, SDR or customer-facing commercial experience.
• Business fluency in English and at least one EMEA language, such as German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian or a Nordic language.
• Confidence on the phone and in writing, with the resilience to handle high volume.
• Process discipline and a track record of meeting performance targets.
