We take this time to express our gratitude and respect to them and to the land for all that it has provided and will continue to provide.\nJob Description:\nReporting to the Parking Services Manager, the Client Service Representative (CSR) responds to a variety of inquiries and provides information on all services for Parking, Lockers, and Card Services, and other activities and services offered by the College. The incumbent performs clerical services related to account creations and updates, email, telephone, mailing, and in-person. Provides technical assistance to clients for the different types of technologies used for the different services. The incumbent informs clients about college policies and procedures in a knowledgeable and comprehensive manner.\nThe Client Service Representative is often the first point of contact for the College and is responsible to set a positive, professional tone in interactions with all clients.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nCSRs provide wide scope of general information regarding College services and events in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act including the following:\nProviding information on admissions\nService availability\nFee structure and payment deadlines for infractions\nEligibility requirements for U-pass and specific parking requirements\nResponding to complaints and emergencies\nAssisting clients with Online and in-person services\nUpdating Parking waitlists\nValidates student information and processes student and staff identification cards\nConducting parking and locker withdrawals\nInitiating transfers \nIssuing refunds \nManual intervention with failed online registrations\nProvide information on service availability which includes:\nParking, waitlists, and appeals, Lockers, AC Card, Alumni and U-Pass programs\n\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum one (1) year certificate in business, office administration, marketing, or related industry.
