We build scalable, high-impact digital products that solve complex business challenges.\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in both Frontend (React.js) and Backend (Python or Node.js) development. The ideal candidate will have experience leading engineering teams, driving technical design and architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and delivering scalable software solutions.\nCandidates with exposure to AI/ML and Data Engineering projects will be preferred. Project management and delivery coordination experience is a plus.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performance applications.\nProvide technical leadership to engineering teams and drive engineering best practices.\nArchitect and develop full-stack solutions using React.js and Python or Node.js.\nParticipate in system design, architecture discussions, and technology selection.\nReview code, enforce coding standards, and ensure high-quality software delivery.\nMentor and guide developers through technical challenges and career growth.\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions.\nDrive continuous improvements in application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.\nContribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues and provide practical solutions.\nParticipate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical roadmap discussions.\nEnsure adherence to Agile development methodologies and SDLC best practices.\nRequired Skills\n4+ years of software engineering experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.\nStrong hands-on experience with Python or Node.js for backend development.\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.\nPrior experience working as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, or equivalent role.\nStrong understanding of software design principles, architecture patterns, and scalable application development.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nGood knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern development practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.\nGood to Have\nExposure to AI/ML applications, LLMs, Generative AI, or AI-powered product development.\nExperience in Data Engineering, including data pipelines, ETL processes, data platforms, or big data technologies.\nFamiliarity with vector databases, RAG implementations, or AI orchestration frameworks.\nProject management, sprint ownership, or delivery coordination experience.\nExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project tracking tools.\nMust-Have Criteria\nStrong hands-on coding expertise in React.js.\nStrong hands-on coding expertise in Python or Node.js.\nExperience developing and delivering full-stack applications.\nPrior experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.\nExperience driving technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.\nStrong understanding of APIs, microservices,
