The role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness, risk management, and cross-functional leadership across customers, partners, and internal AlgoSec teams.\n\nThis is an APAC\n\nLocation: Gurgaon, India\n\nDirect employment\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nOwn the overall project lifecycle and customer experience, ensuring successful delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of agreed project objectives.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.\nAccountable for projects from presales engagement and scope definition through deployment, go-live, stabilization, and transition to Customer Success.\nAssist Sales and Solution Engineering teams during presales activities, including scope definition, effort estimation, assumptions, risks, and Statement of Work (SoW) development.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, project teams, and technical teams.\nLead project governance activities, including status meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and project reporting.\nManage interactions between customers, partners, and internal AlgoSec teams to ensure successful project outcomes.\nLead cross-functional project teams including Delivery Engineers, Solution Engineers, Support, Product Management, Customer Success, and partners.\nProactively identify and manage project risks, dependencies, escalations, scope changes, and customer concerns.\nDrive timely resolution of project issues and coordinate escalation management when required.\nEnsure customers achieve agreed deployment milestones and initial business value during the project lifecycle.\nFacilitate smooth handover and transition to Customer Success and Account teams following project completion.\nMonitor project scope, timelines, budget utilization, and commercial considerations throughout the engagement.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of delivery methodologies, project templates, tools, and best practices.\nLeverage project management tools, automation, and AI capabilities to improve delivery efficiency and reporting.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience managing customer-facing technology projects.\nProven experience managing multiple concurrent projects, including large-scale and complex enterprise deployments.\nStrong experience working with enterprise customers, partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.\nExcellent project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nExperience managing executive stakeholders, steering committees, and customer escalations.\nStrong commercial awareness with the ability to manage scope, change requests, project profitability, and customer expectations.\nExperience working within cybersecurity, networking, cloud security, or enterprise IT environments.\nFirewall administration, network security, or cybersecurity operations experience is an advantage.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks early.\nHighly proactive, accountable, and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrix-managed environment.\nExcellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and can-do approach.\nTeam player with high integrity and professionalism.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAdditional APAC language skills are an advantage.\nWillingness to travel within the APAC region (approximately 10-15%).\nFlexible working hours and willingness to support customers across multiple APAC time zones, including ANZ when required.\n\nNice To Have\n\nPMP
