potential.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConsult customers with best practices as a \"Trusted Advisor\".\nIdentify trends in customer technical landscape, org structures, or priorities, and escalate key insights to internal teams.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nAt least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, in a software company.\nExperience in Linux/UNIX environments.\nExperience with networking devices (switches, routers, etc.).\nExperience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).\nExperience working with cloud platforms and managing cloud security.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to operate under pressure in deadline-driven situations and business emergencies.\nExperience dealing with global customers.\nCustomer-oriented and ability to establish customer trust.\nProblem solver, result-driven, demonstrating a \"make it happen\" attitude, attention to detail.\nTeam player, pleasant to work with, with a high level of integrity, bright, self-learner.\nAbility to identify and escalate revenue-driving adoption or expansion signals.\nWillingness to travel up to 50% of the time.\n\nNice To Have:\nLinux scripting: Perl/Python/shell.\nKnowledge of APIs (Java, REST).\nVirtual routing and software-defined networking.\nSkills\nCloud Security, Firewalls, Linux,
