# Resident Engineer

As we continue to expand our cloud and enterprise business globally, we are looking for a high-impact AlgoSec Resident Engineer to join our Sales team and work with EMEA-based customers, primarily from Germany. What You’ll Do: Consult customers with best practices as a "Trusted Advisor". Identify trends in customer technical landscape, org structures, or priorities, and escalate key insights to internal teams. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Channel teams to deliver customer impact. What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position, in a software company. Experience in Linux/UNIX environments. Experience with networking devices (switches, routers, etc.). Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.). Experience working with cloud platforms and managing cloud security.
