code quality, maintainability, and scalability.\nMentor junior automation engineers and perform code reviews.\nPrepare automation reports and quality metrics for stakeholders.\n\nRequired Skills:\nMust Have:\n5+ years of overall QA Automation experience.\n2-3+ years of hands-on experience in Playwright with TypeScript.\nStrong experience in Selenium WebDriver.\nExperience in framework development using Page Object Model (POM).\nStrong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, or related programming languages.\nExperience with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar version control tools.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nStrong debugging and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood to Have:\nAPI automation using Playwright/API testing tools.\nExperience with Healthcare domain applications.\nUnderstanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines, or GitHub Actions.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted test automation and automation accelerators.\n\nPreferred Candidate Profile:\nStrong automation-first mindset.\nExperience in large-scale test automation and migration projects.\nAbility to work independently in outcome-based delivery models.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience handling enterprise healthcare or regulated industry applications is an
