We are looking to connect with experienced Manufacturing & Process Engineers who can turn innovative product concepts into robust, scalable, and efficient manufacturing processes.\n\nResponsibilities:\nLeading industrialization activities, production launches, and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects from development through serial production.\n\nDefining, implementing, validating, and continuously improving manufacturing and assembly processes.\n\nDeveloping production concepts, process flows, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.\n\nSupporting the transfer of products and processes between development sites, production plants, or suppliers.\n\nIdentifying production risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions.\n\nConducting root cause analysis and resolving complex manufacturing and process-related issues.\n\nApplying PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other structured problem-solving methodologies.\n\nSupporting process optimization with a focus on quality, efficiency, cost reduction, cycle time, and production capacity.\n\nCooperating with R&D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to ensure production readiness.\n\nSupporting equipment, tooling, automation, and production line implementation and ramp-up.\n\nParticipating in process validation, capability studies, trials, and production readiness reviews.\n\nMonitoring process performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nRequirements: \nProven experience in manufacturing, industrialization, or process engineering, preferably within automotive, electronics, mobility, or other high-tech industries.\n\nHands-on experience with manufacturing environments such as assembly, injection molding, machining, automated production lines, or electronics manufacturing.\n\nPractical knowledge of PFMEA, Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.\n\nExperience with NPI, production launches, industrial transfers, or process ramp-up.\n\nAbility to analyze production problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.\n\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, production equipment, tooling, and quality requirements.\n\nAbility to work effectively across R&D, Quality, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.\n\nGood communication and organizational skills.\n\nCommunicative English;
