19+.\nGood knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.\nExperience with microservices architecture and highly available, scalable applications.\nExperience with synchronous communication, including REST APIs and web services, and asynchronous messaging, such as IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, or Kafka.\nExperience with relational databases, preferably Oracle.\nFamiliarity with Maven or Gradle, Git, and Kubernetes.\nUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle, coding standards, code reviews, testing, and application builds.\nExperience with development and monitoring tools such as SonarQube, Jenkins, Grafana, Splunk, or Elasticsearch.\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or Codex.\nTechnical higher education in Computer Science, Electronics, or a
