Responsibilities:

  • AI agents and harnesses for software development and learning agents.
  • End-to-end products across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.
  • Tools that use coding agents to improve how software is built and how students learn.
  • Reliable production systems used by a large and growing learner community.
  • New product capabilities directly alongside the CTO.

Your First 60 Days:

  • First 30 days: Work directly with the CTO to launch the next version of our AI-agent harness to 1 lakh users.
  • By 60 days: Scale the harness, improve its reliability, and expand what it can do alongside the CTO.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of software-development experience.
  • Strong software-engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience building full-stack projects or products.
  • Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, Docker, Azure, or AWS.
  • Practical experience using coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code.
  • Ability to take a problem from idea to working production software.
  • Comfort learning quickly and working across different parts of the stack.
