The IC works alongside the Executive Sponsor, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and QA to translate business requirements into platform configuration, support testing and reconciliation, and ensure successful implementation and handover.\nThe role combines billing domain knowledge, hands-on platform skills, analytical thinking and client-facing communication to deliver accurate and reliable configurations.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Discovery & Requirements\nRun working sessions with clients and translate contract terms and business scenarios into configurable requirements.\nAsk clarifying questions to understand the business need behind client requests.\nChallenge unclear requirements and recommend best practices.\nEnsure requirements are traceable to corresponding build elements.\nUnderstand design specifications to determine implementation next steps.\n2. Platform Configuration & Build\nConfigure the catalog, charges, lookup tables, custom fields, SRIDs, mediation streams and integrations.\nTranslate documented requirements into accurate Gotransverse configurations.\nValidate configuration changes and check work before handing it off.\nEnsure configuration and runbook documentation remain current as the build changes.\n3. Testing & Reconciliation\nWrite and execute test cases.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing after changes.\nReconcile system output against source data and client expectations.\nInvestigate and explain variances between system output and source data.\nTriage defects and distinguish data issues, configuration gaps, new requirements and product bugs.\n4. Demo Preparation & Execution\nPrepare and conduct client demonstrations.\nTailor demo scripts to the audience.\nStage clean demo data and dry-run end-to-end scenarios.\nCapture feedback, document follow-ups and communicate next steps.\n5. Cutover, Go-Live & Handover\nSupport cutover, go-live and hypercare activities.\nContribute to migration, parallel-run and rollback planning.\nMaintain relevant configuration and runbook documentation.\nEnsure a clean transition to support and Customer Success teams.\n6. Client & Internal Communication\nProvide clear and organized updates to clients and internal teams.\nAdjust communication for executive and technical audiences.\nEscalate risks and issues early.\nWork closely with the Executive Sponsor, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect and QA.\nRequired Technical Skills & Competencies\nCore Technical Skills\nStrong SQL skills to query and validate data independently and reconcile counts and totals.\nUnderstanding of JSON and APIs, including building payloads, authentication, error handling and pagination.\nData analysis skills, including Excel pivots, lookups, identifying outliers and explaining variances.\nAbility to work with configuration data and validate system outputs against source data.\nDelivery & Implementation\nUnderstanding of requirements traceability and the ability to map requirements to configuration elements.\nAbility to write test cases, execute UAT and regression testing, and reconcile outputs with source data.\nUnderstanding of defect triage and the ability to distinguish data issues, configuration gaps, new requirements and product bugs.\nFamiliarity with cutover,
