Clipchamp\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer & Administrator with 6-8 years of Salesforce experience and strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing, configuring, customizing, and supporting CPQ solutions covering product configuration, pricing, discounting, quoting, approvals, and order/contract processes. The candidate should also be technically strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.\nThis is a hybrid CPQ Functional + Salesforce Technical role requiring the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and work effectively with architects, developers, integration teams, business analysts, and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\n1.Salesforce CPQ & Quote-to-Cash\nDesign, configure, customize, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions across the complete Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.\nManage product catalogs, product configuration, bundles, options, features, attributes, and product rules.\nConfigure complex pricing, discounting, price rules, discount schedules, pricing methods, and contractual pricing.\nDesign and maintain quote templates, quote calculations, approval workflows, and guided selling processes.\nTranslate business and commercial requirements into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions.\nSupport downstream processes including Orders, Contracts, Renewals, Amendments, and related Q2C processes.\nTroubleshoot CPQ calculation, configuration, pricing, and quoting issues.\n2.Salesforce Development\nDevelop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Flows, and Triggers.\nBuild custom functionality where standard Salesforce CPQ capabilities do not meet business requirements.\nDevelop scalable and maintainable Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Queueable jobs.\nDevelop Lightning Web Components to support CPQ and Salesforce business processes.\nDesign and implement integrations between Salesforce CPQ and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.\nWork with Salesforce APIs, Named Credentials, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and integration patterns.\nAnalyze and resolve complex technical issues across Salesforce and CPQ.\n3.CPQ Administration & Configuration\nConfigure and maintain Salesforce CPQ application settings and business rules.\nManage Product Rules, Configuration Rules, Validation Rules, Selection Rules, Price Rules, and Alert Rules.\nConfigure approval processes and establish appropriate governance around discounting and commercial approvals.\nManage CPQ-related user access, permissions, profiles, permission sets, and security.\nPerform data analysis and updates related to products, pricing, contracts, quotes, and customers.\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify configuration and process issues.\n4.Integration & Data Management\nCollaborate with integration teams to ensure accurate flow of product, pricing, customer, quote, order, contract, and billing data.\nTroubleshoot integration failures and data synchronization issues.\nWork with large data volumes while maintaining data integrity across Salesforce CPQ and connected systems.\nSupport data migration, validation, reconciliation, and deployment activities.\nEnsure reliable integration between Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and connected enterprise systems.\n5.Deployment & Production Support\nFollow Salesforce development, configuration, and deployment best practices.\nWork with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and DevOps tools for deployments.\nParticipate in release planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.\nProvide production support and participate in root-cause analysis for critical CPQ issues.\nTroubleshoot configuration, integration, data, and application issues.\nMaintain technical documentation, configuration documentation, and solution design
