Clipchamp\nRole overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 6-8 years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce administration, platform configuration, declarative automation and release management. The candidate will work directly with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, configure scalable Salesforce solutions, support deployments and ensure reliable day-to-day platform operations. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nKey responsibilities:\nAdminister, configure and maintain Salesforce environments to ensure platform stability, security, scalability and performance.\nEngage directly with clients and business stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes and translate needs into practical Salesforce configurations.\nConfigure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, approval processes, flows, reports, dashboards, queues, assignment rules, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules and role hierarchy.\nManage users, licenses, access controls, security settings, sharing model and data visibility across Salesforce environments.\nDesign, build, test and maintain declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and related platform capabilities.\nPlan and coordinate sandbox management, deployment activities, release schedules and production changes.\nSupport change management, impact analysis, testing, user acceptance and production deployment readiness.\nCollaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, role hierarchy, reports, dashboards, flows, approval processes, validation rules, record types and page layouts.\nExperience with release management, deployment planning, sandbox strategy and change control processes.\nWorking knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.\nFamiliarity with DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, AutoRABIT, or similar tools is an advantage.\nAbility to analyze requirements, identify solution options and recommend scalable Salesforce configurations.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical thinking
