The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product owners, and engineering stakeholders to deliver high-quality features from the product backlog in an Agile environment.\nThe role involves both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on test automation, continuous quality improvement, and early identification of defects. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring product reliability, functionality, and overall quality throughout the software development lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Manual & Functional Testing\nReview product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to understand expected functionality.\nDesign, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.\nPerform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing.\nValidate new features and enhancements against defined requirements.\nIdentify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and supporting evidence.\n2. Test Automation\nDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for application features and workflows.\nIdentify suitable test scenarios for automation to improve testing efficiency and coverage.\nMaintain and enhance existing automation suites.\nExecute automated tests and analyze results to identify potential defects.\nContribute to the development of reusable automation components and testing frameworks.\n3. Agile Development & Collaboration\nWork closely with developers, product owners, and other engineering stakeholders.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nCollaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.\nSupport early identification of quality risks during feature development.\nProvide timely feedback on defects and quality concerns.\n4. Defect Management & Quality Improvement\nLog, track, prioritize, and retest defects throughout the development lifecycle.\nPerform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable after changes.\nConduct root cause analysis for recurring defects where required.\nIdentify opportunities to improve test coverage, testing processes, and product quality.\nSupport continuous quality improvement across development and release cycles.\n5. Release Validation & Documentation\nSupport release testing and validation activities.\nMaintain test documentation, test execution reports, and defect records.\nValidate bug fixes and enhancements before release.\nCommunicate test results, risks, and quality observations to relevant stakeholders.\nContribute to improving testing standards and QA best practices.\nRequired Technical Skills & Competencies\nExperience in Software Quality Assurance and software testing.\nStrong understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologies.\nExperience with functional, regression, smoke, and
