Clipchamp\nRole overview\nWe are seeking an experiencedSalesforce Program Manager/Delivery Manager to lead and manage large-scale Salesforce transformation programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management capabilities, excellent client-facing communication skills and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires end-to-end ownership of multiple Salesforce initiatives, stakeholder management across business and technology teams and successful delivery of strategic programs.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead and manage multiple Salesforce implementation, enhancement and transformation programs simultaneously.\nOwn end-to-end program delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management and successful project closure.\nServe as the primary point of contact for client leadership and executive stakeholders.\nBuild trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication, strategic planning and regular governance meetings.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, Scrum Masters.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget and quality expectations.\nDrive program governance, resource planning, financial tracking, utilization, forecasting and reporting.\nIdentify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies and escalations while ensuring business continuity.\nWork closely with Salesforce architects to define scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.\nMentor project managers and delivery teams while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.\nCoordinate with offshore and onsite teams across multiple time zones.\nSupport pre-sales activities including solution discussions, estimation reviews, staffing and proposal preparation when required. \nRequired skills and qualifications:\nProgram management\n8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years managing enterprise Salesforce programs.\nProven experience managing multiple concurrent Salesforce projects and distributed delivery teams.\nStrong expertise in program governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and executive reporting.\nExperience managing global stakeholders and client relationships.\nSalesforce expertise\nStrong understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.\nHands-on knowledge of:Sales Cloud\nService Cloud\nExperience Cloud\nMarketing Cloud or Revenue Cloud (good to have)\n\nFamiliarity with Salesforce release management, integrations, security model and deployment lifecycle.\nUnderstanding of Salesforce implementation methodologies and Agile delivery.\nCommunication and leadership\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent presentation and executive stakeholder management abilities.\nStrong negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills.\nAbility to lead discussions with CXOs, business sponsors and technical leadership.\nCertifications (Preferred):\nSalesforce Administrator Certification\nSalesforce Sales Cloud Consultant\nSalesforce Service Cloud Consultant\nSalesforce Advanced Administrator or Application Architect (preferred)\nPMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (preferred)\nMust have skills:\nStrong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), Agile delivery, program governance, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery.\nExcellent client-facing communication, leadership, and people management skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver successful business outcomes.\nNice to have skills:\nExperience working with US-based clients.\nExposure to large enterprise Salesforce transformation
